Trades Backer

Trades Backer publishes skilled-trades job pages that employers can share from their own careers pages, job boards, dispatch updates, social posts, QR flyers, and referral messages. Each public role uses one canonical job URL so applicants land on the same job details and apply flow everywhere it is shared.

Applicants submit standardized applications through an encrypted browser-based intake. Payloads are encrypted to the employer's public key before upload, while the server stores ciphertext and minimal routing metadata only. Employers decrypt locally in the Employer Dashboard using their private key.

Trades Backer is built for skilled construction hiring: secure intake, simple job distribution, local decryption, and a lean review workflow instead of a generic bloated ATS. General inquiries and listing coordination messages are encrypted to the staff key and reviewed in the Staff Portal.
