Trades Backer

Trades Backer is a standalone encrypted intake platform built by skilled trades professionals. Employers and unions share one canonical job URL everywhere, collect standardized applications, and review candidates in one dashboard.

Applicant submissions are encrypted in the browser to the employer’s public key. The server stores ciphertext and routing metadata only. Employers decrypt locally in the Employer Dashboard using their private key.

General inquiries and listing coordination messages are encrypted to the staff key and reviewed in the Staff Portal.
